Who we are
This website is run by Federa Sports. We decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us its controller under UK data protection law. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@federasports.com.
What we collect
- When you request a demo: your name, association, role, email address and country, and anything you write in the message box.
- When you email us: your email address and what you send us.
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser, to run the site and protect it from attacks.
This website is for staff of sports associations. It isn’t aimed at children.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange your demo.
- To keep a record of our conversations with associations.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our software and running our business. We don’t sell your data, and we won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We use a few service providers who process data for us, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Resend, which delivers demo requests to our inbox.
- Zoho, which hosts our email.
Some of them are based in, or use servers in, the United States. When personal data leaves the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as approved contract terms or the UK–US data bridge.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and the emails that follow for up to two years after our last contact with you. If your association becomes a customer, we keep them for as long as we work together. Our hosting provider keeps its technical records for a short time only.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop or limit how we use it;
- send it to you or someone else in a common format.
Email hello@federasports.com and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We’ll post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
